Washington DC Parade-Flowers

It was Fourth of July in Washington, DC. My brother and I were among the crowd who waited for the parade under the scorching sun. But humid, hot, dry or not, these flowers still bloomed outside the park where we made a short cut to reach the street where the floats joining the parade congregated for decoration.
